Parent-supervised access
The service is intended for home education with a parent or guardian directing children's activities. The account holder is responsible for access credentials, family members' activity, and choosing age-appropriate content. Parents remain responsible for verifying academic progress, meeting applicable homeschool obligations, and providing adult assistance as appropriate.
Learning materials
Activities and lesson explanations are educational resources, not a promise of specific learning results, academic accreditation, school equivalency, or compliance with the requirements of every school district or jurisdiction. Parent review is needed for open-ended and automatically checked answers.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, protect passwords and recovery keys, and do not impersonate others, obtain unauthorized access, harass others, upload malicious content, or interfere with service security or availability. We may restrict access to protect families and the service when necessary and lawful.
Content and permitted use
You may use the materials for your own household's educational activities and personal worksheet printing, subject to applicable law. You may not republish, resell, scrape, or redistribute substantial portions of the service without authorization. You retain rights in original student work you submit, while granting the limited rights required to store, display, and process it for your family account.
Charges and refunds
Where paid products or services are introduced, their prices and terms must be disclosed before purchase. Unless otherwise expressly stated, completed or activated purchases, subscriptions, digital materials, reservations, and other paid services are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires a refund or grants non-waivable rights.
Availability and third parties
We may change or discontinue functionality, and availability may be interrupted by maintenance, browser behavior, hosting failures, or third-party systems. Speech synthesis depends on voices installed or exposed by the user's browser and device and may differ among devices. External sites and services are governed by their own policies.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service and materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or educational outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version and effective date. Continued use after changes takes effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law. Review the Privacy Policy for information about family records. Security issues may be reported through our security report.
